I will be speaking this evening to the Raleigh Civil War Round Table about my research into the fortifications built around the city of Raleigh, North Carolina, in 1863. One of the key outcomes of this research has been a publicly-accessible Google Map that allows the user to explore the locations of the Raleigh earthworks across today’s landscape.
